I need to order an OEM part (Ducati Aus dosen't have any), So who is good to order from ?

Ducati Omaha is pretty good. You look up the part using their parts catalogue here: http://www.ducatiomaha.com/products.asp

Once you've got the part number, stick it in the search box and it'll give you a price.

I've had good dealings with Commonwealth Motorcycles (look left, amongst the sponsor's list) for OEM and other stuff.
