The SF is most of what I hoped for. Great engine, great brakes, very nice handling (for my speed) and rides a bit softer than the 848, which is nice on real roads. I am glad I gave it a try. The 848 was really most fun in the twisties or ripping over 80, the SF is also enjoyable all the other times. I will miss the sbk, but can't justify keeping both for as little as I ride.

I briefly rode an 848 demo and it seemed so different from what ive ridden. Im guessing the low end torque is on Monsters and HMs.
I did test a Streetfighter S (1098?) when they came out and i LOVED it! Power? Yeah baby!
Good luck with the 848 sale.
