seat expertise. need help

So the wonderful sargeant seats is customizing my seat but we ran into a little snag. The little "plug" (I dont know what its called) is apparently not able to be removed without ruining it. So I need to find replacement. Do any of you know where to find them? I'm hoping I dont have to order from DNA... cause... well you know why. See the pic.
PLEASE HELP!!!

For the price im paying them to customize the seat, im leaning towards just buying the touring seat. Several of you have already given it a good review.

The plastic plugs things in your seat come out without much bother...... get a pair of plyers and grasp the points of the inner part of the plug, squeezing together and gently push outwards.... and the plugs will pop out. To refit just carefully push em back through the hole and they'll "pop" into place.

Sargent doesn't use that piece of hardware in their own pan.
You want to cover their liability if they break HIS?!

Theyve been in business for a while, and are the best IMHO. I decided to go with the touring/comfort seat from ducati. The main deciding factor for me was price. Although in the future I will go with sargent.

Ask Troy to lend you one for a short ride. Maybe they have a return you can try. They did a work of art on a custom for my T100. If you have a 696, you get the document tube too.

I've been very happy with my Duc Touring seat. Betting once you have yours you'll forget about the Sargent (which may or may not be superior - no FHE here). But I've never felt any need to go looking for another seat since I got mine.

Maybe when you grow up, you'll need one?
A Sargent is flatter and gives you more support at the rear. It's also not as soft as the Comfort and uses two layers of high-tech foam. I know that I can ride this saddle much farther without numb butt than I can even my custom Sargent on the stock pan of my T100. Says a lot for the work they did with their own design. Just my $0.02...

Thanks for your 2 cents
. Im sure I could have an even better seat if I spent 2 million dollars. It could be encrusted with diamonds and fabric would be 100 dollar bills. Its all price relative. For the price, the touring seat is better. That is why I cant wait to get home to see if ups has delivered it yet. Corbin makes even better seats. But they cost 500 bucks..... my butt is not that sore (so many jokes)
