If they were paying in EUROS, they'd be waaaaaaaaaaay over the cap, based on the value of the dollar.

I didn't say they were paying in Euros, rather, they CONVERTED to euros and then didn't put a unit on the number they report. It would decrease the number by a quarter assuming the euro is worth 1.5 dollars. Your response deserves a double roll-eyes!  Muahahaha! Math rules!
