I would think it would be easy to resolve the whole thing by just issuing a restraining order while the case is pending between KS and COTA....after the case is done, it is a whole different matter for people to whine and moan about....

Sadly, on the surface of things, it doesn't look like KS has much legal ground to stand on. According to the articles his relationship was more with Hellmund and not so much the other two COTA principles. They are likely saying that whatever settlement was reached with Hellmund also included anything with Kevin.  If Schwantz didn't have the full backing of COTA then how can he negotiate in good legal faith with with DORNA? That apparently is what DORNA is also saying.  I hope there's more to this than what's being disclosed and that he has a truly legitimate claim.

Maybe not but I doubt the other uninvited are suing COTA.  Whatever the merits of the case are in this instance, if someone were suing me I'd have them off my property in a heartbeat
