It was time for my 15,000 mile service, so I decided to have some additional work done at the same time, much of it cosmetic.
Added black/gold Gilles rearsets, low Rizoma handlebars, custom shock revalving with BLACK spring (hated that Ohlins yellow, and the compression damping was harsh) had lots of items blacked out (engine side covers, radiator and oil cooler, triples, exhaust hanger, coolant reservoir, fork legs, sprocket carrier), had passenger footpeg tabs removed from the frame. Bike looks a LOT cleaner. Very subtle, but that's how I like my mods.

While being serviced I also had Speeddog degree the cams. I'll get a new fuel map to go with that, and we'll see where we are. I haven't had the bike for a couple months, but it DOES feel like it pulls a bit harder. I have noticeably taller gearing than stock, and I still feel the front end getting light where it didn't feel noticeable before.
Jury's still out on the rearsets...they look beautiful, but I need to fiddle with the adjustments some more to dial them in. Same with the rear shock. The harsh compression damping is gone, but now I need to fiddle with the adjustments a bit. DEFINITELY better, but hopefully it will be perfection.
Thanks to Nick for his work. You SoCal locals...if you haven't had Nick work on your bike, you definitely should. Great prices, great knowledge, laughs at my jokes.
