I'm waiting for pics so I can see how wrecked the bike is...

have a feeling it's totally cactus, with no salvageable items.

and you're right about femur
I'm pinned back together and plated heavily, Barry Style. (sheene)

Sorry to hear about your incident Joe ... never good to hear.

You seem to be in a very positive frame of mind though which is great. All the best with the recovery ... actively pursue the right advice from the experts and follow it.

Sorry to hear the bike is trashed, but the most important thing is that you're here to tell the tale.

All the best with your recovery.

Mrs Dogs would like to attend your wee ride Betty is the boss coming too?

Sorry for the delay in responding Dez (we have been away and then I lost your post in all the other crap).

Of course the Boss is coming ... couldn't have planned it otherwise. We still have a bit of time for the weather to sort itself out too (I assume Brian will still take it with him).

Pre-ride notes:
  • remember 10:00 meet at PITS for 10:30 departure
  • please fuel up at Berowra beforehand so we are all ready to go at 10:30
  • if we haven't seen you or heard from you before 10:30 we will be leaving regardless
  • make sure you have a couple of contact numbers of other participants
  • remember that I am notorious for ignoring my phone, having it off or leaving it at home
  • Wellsy's post above is a good guide for group riding ... so have a look (or another)
  • I will accept applications to lead
  • can someone take photos
  • oh and its not too late to jump on board

50 per cent chance of rain forecast for Sunday, according to Weatherzone. Should I take wet weather gear?
Cheers

Only a maybe, I have my Mum down for the night and it might well be rude to run out on her at 9am.
