Hi guys.
Decided to do a few mods on the wife's 620 on the weekend and noticed the chain was shot. To save splitting the chain I took off the real wheel and slipped it off whole. The problem I have is I had to remove the clutch control just above the front sprocket to get the chain and sprocket off. I went to put the clutch control cover back on and it goes 3/4 of the way and stops???
Does the pin have a notch in it or something like that which has to line up to allow me to get it all the way in so I can do up the two cover bolts?? Don't want to force it   Huh?
Any help would be great fully appreciated.  waytogo

when you remove the slave the spring pushes the piston out, and fluid will flow into the slave.  to refit it you need to push it on to push the piston back.  mild force, should go smoothly, but has to be square or it will jam.

that's my take on it.

That's the master on the handlebar.

But no, don't take the cap off the master.
