Leo Vince Slip Ons, baffle removal.

Hello.

I've just taken delivery of some Leo Vince GP EVO II cans, I'm interested in removing the baffles before fitting them tomorrow.  I've undone the allan bolt which I assume keeps the baffles in place, but they aren't shifting.  Are they incredible tight, should I use a rubber mallet and wood block?  Anyone got these and removed the baffles?

EDIT: One other thing, what tools are required, it has no instructions at all!

run a wooden broom handle down from the inlet side, push it against the lip of the baffle, hold the pipe and give a couple good whacks on the floor
should pop right out
if you put the baffle back in, it wont be as tight from then on
you'll need regular metric allens and wrenches

If there were no instructions... you should have two round pieces to fit into the ends of the cans to replace the baffles.  They fix with the same bolt you took out and prevent heat from spreading.

Hmm, I seem to have no round pieces.  I'll post pictures of the cans.

They went on without a problem, needed to buy some new tools (shame eh) for the job.  They sound amazing, I'll need to get used to them, they are so loud from the riders position, I wonder if they are as loud for everyone else?  Getting some popping on engine braking though.
