I just wanted to say out loud how great these two companies have been to deal with.  I ask a lot of stupid questions and they still talk to me.  Moto Wheels gets a bit more business because I live ten miles away.  Monster Parts gets business as the shipping is unreal fast.  Today I had a tracking number within twenty minutes of placing my order for the exhaust hanger.  At Moto Wheels I can usually touch the bits before I buy.  With Jeff I get the parts so fast it's often silly.

Usually, all you hear online is bad experiences - more important to complain than to praise, so it seems.

For us to take the time to write about great shops, they have to perform above and beyond, and these guys really do!!

MonsterParts IS Jeff and his staff, he'll go out of his normal path to try and accommodate you; MW is a larger gig, questions answered fast, processing is also fast, but, MonsterParts, wins hands down on shipping !!!

    To Jeff at Monsterparts.  The only way I will not order something from him is if he does not carry it, and that won't happen!! Way to go Jeff and Tami.  If i ever open a bike shop (which i've always wanted to do) I hope i can do business as well as you.  Going to be ordering my Smoked integrated tail light soon.
