Some whack German made a radial engine bike - Quiet something. Though the faux kick-starter seems silly.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Quiet something.

There are a few words that come to mind describing that bike ... but quiet isn't really one of them  cheeky

I really like the belt sander

It's for scuffing up your knee sliders.

Though the faux kick-starter seems silly.

Really?

He made a radial-engine chopper with an open primary and a wee li'l propeller and you think the fake kick start is silly?  laughingdp
