Hi folks, I've had my little 400 for almost 2 years now and have gotten a lot of help reading posts on the forum here. What started as a fairly standard (and inexplicably sparkly  Roll Eyes) bike has turned into something I consider a very nice machine.
Along the way I've done a fair few mods, using the experience of this community for guidance most of the time, and I've fixed a lot of things that have broken and failed. I'll be getting my first big bike in a month or two so I wanted to thank everyone here and share some photos.
If anyone has questions or comments feel free. I've worked on almost every part of this machine now and I'll answer as best I can.
So, without further ado, the before photo, from the day I bought the bike:

And the Mod/fix list:
Sargent seat
Emgo bikini fairing
Rizoma-knockoff barend mirrors
Tail chop
Cut down rear hugger
Respray in black
Smaller light to fit the fairing hole
Emgo mini indicators
Motodynamics integrated tail light (still using separate indicators though)
New chain
Pilot Road 3 tyres
Penske 8900 rear shock and Hyperpro progressive fork springs (turns out i ordered for the '02, not the '01  bang head
I got the shock to fit but the fork springs are way off)
Keihin 41mm race carburetor (only non-stock item on the bike when I bought it)
Open airbox with K&N filter
Iridium spark plugs
sidestand killswitch bypass
Electrosport regulator
I also got Danmoto shotgun slipons but it turns out they dont make DB killers for them boo and they're just waaay too loud for the miles I put on this thing. So I went back to the stock pipes, which I sprayed black, and put extra holes in the rear to give me the airflow I need.

And the final product:
