but this article is from MCN.. and they just say 'planned'. i.e. this is the same report that's come out about 5 times. every time they have a (not very) secret test.

ultimately, that is what DORNA wants...CRT was a bandaid for the lack of machinery out on the grid and to help aid in the exponential costs versus a factory machine. |
