Ok so here is my problem that i hope someone can help me with, i just replaced the battery and removed my gas tank to clean it and now that i have everything re installed the bike wont start. now its not like the bike wasn't running before i did this, it was running great, started after turning over once or twice. but now there is nothing and after letting the motor turn over the plugs are still dry. so no fuel.. i know the injectors are working because in can hear them click when i press a rod against them, its also getting spark. the fuel filter line from the fuel pump fell off and i put it back on but a piece of plastic tube fell out when i was cleaning the tank, pics below

now as far as i know that it the fuel level sensor or something like that, but it shouldnt have an affect on the starting of the bike. i hope someone can help me out with this, thanks  [thumbsup]

Something falling out of the gas tank that looks like shit couldn't possibly have anything to do with it!

Does the pump cycle when you turn on the key?

If it does, did you reverse the fuel lines when you reconnected them?

The fuel sender supplies voltage to the pump.

If the pump doesn't cycle there's a good chance it's toast based on your pics.

There are no lines at the bottom of the tank. Only the steel tubes.

All the rubber lines are just below the cap holder.

I'd say one of the fuel lines in the tank has come unhooked.

Remove the large diameter line under the cap holder and pull the pump.

If fuel is flowing from the line after the filter the lines are all connected.

Keep in mind that it worked before you took it apart. It almost certainly is something you did.
