Exhaust for my M620 i.e.??

hi guys... I want to buy exhaust for my monster 620 i.e... I do not have enough cash for termignoni kit and I don´t want some cans, which sounds like hell but it decreases power... is there some exhaust which can be mounted without changinng air filter, ecu and without losting HPs?? thanks a lot
