I have an 01, steel DSS, and I'm wondering if an 02 hugger can be made to work.

If the swinger is '01 and steel, it's hooped.

So, no, '02 hugger won't bolt on.

Possibly can be made to fit with some hackin' and patchin' and bracketry.
