Hello folks am new to this forum. A question for you. What aftermarket oil cooler options currently available for a 2006 620 monster?

As near as I can tell, there were never really an "aftermarket" oil cooler options for small case motors. Your best bet is to retrofit an oil cooler from either an SS800 or an S2R800... You'll need the cooler, the lines, and the appropriate valve cover with mount.
The deal with Ducs is that many things are interchangeable, but the aftermarket is expensive...

I'm in the process of doing this on my 695. You'll need:
An oil cooler, off either an S2R800 or S2R1000, part no 548.4.030.3A
Lines, off either an S2R800 or S2R1000, part no 875.1.052.1A and 875.1.053.1A
The horizontal head inlet rocker cover from an S2R800, with mount for the oil cooler, part no 240.1.012.1BB
The rubber vibration dampers that go between cooler and mount, part no 700.1.011.1B x 2
Nipples and crush washers to go on the oil line ports on your motor, part nos 815.1.022.1A x 4, 787.1.011.1A x 2, & 420.2.006.4A x 2
The leaf spring thingy that goes under your oil filter to allow flow, part no 799.2.077.2A
I couldn't find an S2R800 inlet rocker cover on ebay, so bought a new one, which has caused grief as I'm unable to separate my oil temperature sensor mounting ring from my old one. I'll just buy a new oil sensor mounting ring as well.

Aftermarket:
http://ballerbolts.com/duoilco.html
OEM, M620 specific, oil cooler hangs:

or as Suzyj says, eBay and get S2R800 parts, this way the oil cooler will be on top and not hanging . . .

For the OEM setup, if you get the HyperMotard upper line, it goes over to the left side and hides along with the lower line.
Instead of looping obnoxiously in front of the belt cover.

A bit pricey, but good looks often are.

I don't see a listing for this H - Comp oil cooler through Motowheels site. Where can I currently order this cooler?
