can someone ID this...headlight part...resistor? capacitor?

Hey everyone, hillbilly hack here again, takin crap apart without paying attention: Do I need this? I'm installing an LED headlight and can't remember where or how this was mounted.

It's the flux capacitor... without it you can exceed 88mph and not travel in time.

I don't think my 2 phase charging system puts out the required qigawattage for it to work anyway...

I bet Brad Black can get me Back To The Future though

99% sure that's a temp sensor to run carb heaters.

2001 M750 with a 900ss engine and FCR's. It may be an obsolete piece from the Mikunis which would explain it...
