I was looking advrider.com and saw this page http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=603891
This guy replaced all the body panels on his bike with carbon fiber he made himself. If you read the whole thing he links to other projects and does a very good job of explaining the process. For those of you who like to make your own stuff this is pretty cool! I'm thinking heal guards would be a good first project:)

Just skimmed through a lot of the posts about it. Pretty interesting. If I had a garage to work in, I would definitely try a piece or two. Good find.
