Windscreen support brackets for 07 S4RS. I don't like poorducrider's painted brackets so I made my own out of aluminum to match the clutch and break reservoirs' mounting hardware. It took less than 15 minutes to make using a strip aluminum bought from Lowe's for a few bucks.  Grin

Anyone know if these S4RS gauges would work on a 2005 620?

Cored & CF laminated exhaust! I did this in the spring, but didn't want to post about it until I was able to assess whether or not it was a good idea. I fully cored my cans...done properly using a section of perforated pipe, wrapped in stainless mesh then packed with insulation.  I laminated the aluminum sleeves with CF and had all shiny bits...end caps, S pipes, new Spark midpipe, header pieces and heal guards ceramic coated. Finished off the cans with stainless steel strap material that I got from a secret source Smiley  As for whether or not it was a good idea, my biggest concern was that heat would damage the CF.  After a long summer ride, the cans are still cool enough to touch...not hot at all...and the CF and ceramic still looks like new.  The exhaust sounds awesome and looks great (in my opinion).

Also did the dye job on the belt covers.  They turned out great if I do say so myself! It looks OEM.

Looks nice! When you get those brackets, can you post pics of them, too? I want to see how one might lower the clocks...

A lot of the mods on my bike are home made. The swing arm was hand made at Norms house. I made the cans and wiring harness. I did the tail chop as well as removing the old computer and gauges. They were replaced with the pre 2002 ignition. Well in short I did all of the work to this bike.Lots of home made mods. Grin

I do cut prototype parts. If you are really interested, I might be able to help you out.

Get me a sketch of the part you want and I can get you a quote. Might cost you more than beer though  Grin

BTW, check out my build thread  Cool
