Ah, sadness for me, currently.

Sold my house on 2/28, with it's not quite big enough for us and our toys, 2 car garage.
Now I live in an apartment, with no garage at all.

In about 6 months, we will move into to the new house that is about to start being built, and it's (hopefully) enough room for everything, and then some, 4 car garage.
3 bays wide, the center bay being a tandem 2 deep bay.

I will share pics during construction, if anyone's interested. Wink

I am posting these for and on behalf of Geoffduc ... I hope this is what he wanted posted and where he wanted them posted. Sorry for the delay Geoff ... but I was hoping you might have thrown them up yourself.

Some shots in and around his garage ...

Has anyone tried the new G-Floor peel and stick tiles? I think I am going to use them in my new garage build.

They come in 24 or 12" Just thought I would share. Home Depot sells them now too.

those are nice but I'd look at regular vinyl tiles which you can buy in any color and strong adhesive like Armstrong's.  I did my garage for less than $300 and only swept and washed the concrete, 10+ years later no problems whatsoever.

More recent pixtures:

Driveway poured:

Driveway is 28 feet wide, 36 feet deep in the main portion, and 38 feet deep in front of the side bay.

And south facing, so shoveling snow in the winter won't be a huge pain in the butt.
Then again, this is Colorado, so it's usually gone in a day or so.
