I can't describe this any better than the description on You Tube!

"(Less info)
Mitchell Pierce having some sidewayz fun at Pacific Raceways. Remember, he is just playing around for the camera. Mitchell is a dirt tracker at heart, which is where he gets his riding style "

Wow!  Was he just slipping the rear or what's going on?

I think in most cases riders break traction with the rear brake first then use the throttle to keep it loose but he seems to rely on throttle more than any other example I've seen.

That looks like fun.  Evil I wonder how often he goes through rear tires?

saw that video on a different forum...  so envious of his riding steez bacon

BTW: prime example of good video quality/sound..... seems to me that that the helmet cam captures the best images as the riders head points in the direction of the turn, thus staying focused on the subject ahead

need to pay respects to McCoy

I think in Faster they say that he actually saved rear tires by sliding them, I think because as the tire is sliding its cooler than under braking conditions and/or less heat cycles.. I could be wrong.  I'm sure someone will correct me.  Tongue

In the top one, McCoy is on a 2 stroke fire breathing 500!

That's some serious skill/control any way you look at it.

Nice find Tommy!

I have seen that before but i think on pavement more in the lines of drifter car racing would be soooo sick.  And isnt that in a nascar type oval track?  I want TWISTIES!!!
