i'm pretty sure that's exactly what it's designed to be - a fun little kick around bike.
it looks a little too serious to me to be ripping down the bike path, but let us know how that works out... Kind of like it can't "rip" on the street, (not an L-2 904CC Desmo -W- fins) it ain't my 'tuned-up '89 KX250 in the dirt either... But that is part of the fun! Like you said, a kick around, doing what's familliar, -but a twist on the downside.

Saw one on PCH last weekend. Sounded awesome too with aftermarket pipe on it. Only caught a glimpse of it but it looked like a CF akrapovic.
