Wanted to go "none more blacker" on my '05 620 Dark and thanks in a large part to all the help from this forum. Got a 695 swingarm (came in black) and powder coated my left and right side engine covers (clutch & stator) black and put on a LED headlight and lowered my gauges. The outcome is below. Again without the assistance I received on this forum I dont think I would've been successful. Much thanks the all my DMF Peeps who made this possible!!!   waytogo

That's one sweet looking ride Duck Off!!!  waytogo waytogo bacon

+1 on the rotor carriers too, & are you doing the calliper brackets & lower triple when you anodize the forks?  popcorn

-Too much black is barely enough!!!!

How do you find the light output from that lamp? I was looking at that unit on ebay a while back & it seems like a reasonable low priced option, but am tending towards one of the JW Speaker models now.... still undecided, so a bit of a review on your headlight would be much appreciated thanks mate.  chug  Smiley

I was also looking at the JW Speaker headlamps and love them but at over 3 times the prices I figured I'd give this one a shot. It definitely looks great and functions well.  The inner lighting build and electronics seem solid but the bucket is definitely "plasticy" and cheaply made although it's only noticeable if you handle it or inspect it closely . We'll see how she holds up. If it falls apart on me I'll either go back to the original, drop coin on the JWS or drop coin on a V-ROD headlight which also aint cheap.
