77South posted a link to the Wisconsin Italian Motor Brunch.  The group meets in Elkorn the second Saturday of the month, so this upcoming Saturday the 12th is the next meet up.  Ducatiloo and I plan on driving up.  If anyone else is insterested it sounds like a good time.  So what do you guys say, anyone up for brunch and a ride?

Thanks 77South for letting us all know about this.

I think i can make this.  should we meet up somewhere before hand and try to sneak a southern kettle ride in before hand?

I'm going to say no to the extra ride, this will be Kyna's first time as a rider going over 10 miles at once so we are going to be taking it easy on this trip.  I remember how stressful my first real ride was, and want to make sure that I keep the stress level as low as possible.  [moto]

As a small warning for Kyna, if this will be your first ride of over 10 miles, you might want to politely decline to take part in the group ride after brunch.  I joined them last fall, and the pace can be described as either spirited or hooligan, depending on your personal danger threshold.  I dropped out about 10 miles in, not wanting to kill myself.  I also will be declining the group ride after brunch.  Maybe I will go again someday after I get in a few track days.

I don't think I'm going to be up to riding to the Brunch.  I just got my license on the 1st and I'm pretty new to motorcycling in general.  Maybe in August I'll be better prepared. I may drive up in my car, but I'm not sure about that.  Ducatiloo might go up without me.   bacon is a big draw.

I can't make the 12th but this sounds like every month if I understand correctly.  Let me know how it went and i'll see if I can meet you in August.

Okay guys lets try this again.  The next brunch is THIS Saturday (the 9th).  I plan on going and driving the car if need be (no rain gear yet  Embarrassed )  I realize that Rockerbox is the same day, but that maybe we could make a day of moto stuff.  Just a thought.
