www.TicketAssassin.com

Might want to take that approach first and see what you can do.

Good luck and fight the good fight!

thanks for the link... still wouldn't mind having a seasoned lawyer tho.

this is the bay area, more lawyers per capita than any other city (sf). no recommendations?

I've got an "Unsafe Start" ticket... written up for 10 miles an hour.

Officers words, "You weren't swerving, you weren't going over the speed limit, you made a complete stop, BUUUUTTTT you left that intersection a bit fast, you didn't break traction just a bit too fast..."

I was like... "uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh............"

$191 fine.

Gotta love it!

Yeah good stuff. I got a exhibition of speed 5 years ago or so in wet weather going 30 in a 45 and not racing anyone. The officer said that he heard my wheels loose traction so it was a instant exhibition of speed.

It was around the time when those fast and the furious movies came out and Milpitas was having a huge issue with those teens racing there import cars. I was made an example of basically.

I went to court and it was reduced to speeding... going 30 in a 45 and a illegal right turn. Don't ask me why they threw in that one but it was a 2 point offense rather than something more severe  Huh?
