Aftermarket Passenger Pegs
«
on:
October 23, 2013, 07:33:19 AM »
So I've looked all over and can't seem to find if anyone makes aftermarket passenger pegs for the S*R series. I have BoomTubes and don't need the funky bulge in the right side peg. I was wondering if anyone makes aftermarket pegs that are straight on both sides like the left side peg. Anyone? Bueller?

So none of those companies show passenger pegs on their websites. They show rearsets, but nothing for the passenger. any other ideas?

I had an ST4 in the shop a while back, and when it was sitting next to an S*R, the passenger pegs looked about right.
Got distracted before I could confirm fitment.

Hahaha. I'm sure just like anything out there, once the product is available, more people will want it.

Make them and see. You never know. I see an awful lot of factory passenger pegs for sale on ebay, people seem to throw them out. I took mine off the day I got my bike and put a mono seat on it.

As did I, but now I have a girlfriend that wants to ride with me. I sold my passenger pegs shortly after I got the bike, but even so, I don't like how they look without high mount pipes.
I'll talk to Kevin and see what he thinks..

I've looked at ST and S*R pics, and even if the ST pegs would fit the frame brackets, the pegs would be in the wrong spot.
Cross that idea off....

They might only fit without stock exhaust, certainly not with the stock exhaust.
Unfortunately, the passenger pegs would be so far forward that they would be unusable.
