Where the heck can a race like that happen that does not result in 3 helicopters, and 14 cop cars!  Seems like every cell phone on the road would have been going off.  Here in the States they would have gotten no further than the toll booth....

Video? Bunch of douchebags. So easy to screw up and kill your innocent passenger or any other driver.
