Monster 695 rev counter not working

Hi,

Greetings from Estonia. I bought my first Ducati bike couple of weeks ago, unfortunately with broken gauges. Actually everything but rev counter is working. It shows some unreasonable things and sometimes stops in random places. On following links there are couple of videos showing my problem




I have read a lot of forum threads and similar problem seems to have while needle is loose. I disassembled gauges and while moving needle it seems to be fixed correctly. While moving it I hear buzzing noise

Is there anyone who has faced similar problems? Any solution?

It does not seem to me reasonable to spend 700Euros to new gauges.
