All riders welcome, on the "Tintaldra TT" Jan 31. Feb1.2.3. 2014. Do some or all as each day can be treated as a single ride etc. Strategy is to book accom' and cancel if need be, as places fill fast.

Come and join us for the 2014 Tintaldra TT Ride. All bikes and riders welcome

January 31 to February 3 inclusive.

This is a traditional "Open Ride", with riders choosing to do all or part of it as the spirit moves them. All part of the charm.

Originally, it follows the route to the "now re-located Unapproachable Rally," (Nundle), to Tintaldra, held, years ago, by the Vic, & NSW chapters of the Norton Owners Club. Some riders, who supported that rally, kept the ride part going because it was such a pearler.

As per last year, while we retain the name and tradition of the Tintaldra TT, we plan to stay in nearby Corryong instead with its greater range of accommodation, eateries and attractions.

Day 1) Friday 31st January. Make your way to beautiful Bermagui, stay and have dinner at the Pub;

Bermagui Beach Hotel 64934206

Alternative accommodation:

Bermagui Motor Inn Motel (02) 6493 4311
Harbourview Motel (02) 6493 5213
Beachview Motel (02) 6493 4155
Zane Grey Caravan Park (02) 6493 4055

Day 2) Saturday 1st February. Spend the day riding through the Snowy Mountains, to Corryong, on the banks of the Murray River. Places to stay include:

RECOMMENDED: Corryong Hotel Motel (02) 6076 1004
Colac Colac Caravan Park (02) 6076 1520
Corryong Bed and Breakfast (02) 6076 1268
Corryong Country Inn (02) 6076 1333
Jardine Cottage (02) 6076 1318
Mother Hubbards B & B (02) 6076 1570
Mountain View Motel (02) 6076 1766
Mt Mittamatite Caravan Park (02) 6076 1152
Nariel Haven (02) 6076 2251
The Miners Cottage (02) 6076 1066

For more information on Corryong: http://www.travelvictoria.com.au/corryong/

Day 3) Sunday 2nd February. Get serious about more relaxing out, or go on the Sundowners' ride starting at dawn, through to the Cann River/Mt Hotham and back! When too much riding is not enough, you need MORE!!! (not compulsory)

Day 4) Monday 3rd February. Start heading for home. Overnighting at Batemans Bay, Bay Waters Motel, swimming pool, eatery, overlooks the Clyde River,(02)44726333

Book your own accomodation, travel at your own pace. Ride together, meet up on the way or at days end. Final day is usually home time for most but this is an open ride and the only 'rule' is to have fun!

Don't forget, you have the option of doing a segment of the run if you can't do the whole thing. Any day destination can be an 'overnighter', etc. Book your accommodation early as you can always cancel.

...I should add this is a traditional "Open Ride" i.e. no entry fees, nor any commercial elements at all. Just a fantastic journey in good company, through excellent country across some of the finest roads around...
