Newbie in NC

Hello all,

My name is Noel and I live in Cary, NC.  I'm a new Monster owner, but it's my 4th Ducati.  The Monster is an '08 S4RS Tricolore I purchased about 3 weeks ago but haven't ridden yet due to an unfortunate encounter with a poorly-driven pickup truck back in the beginning of May.  That incident caused the untimely death of Ducati #3, a 2003 Multistrada.  The other two Ducatis were a recently sold 2007 1098S and a hard-ridden, much-loved and -missed 2003 749.

The crash that destroyed my Multistrada also banged my left knee up pretty bad, hence the lack of miles on the Tricolore.  It seems to be healed enough now to start allowing some short rides now, so  I'm hoping to take the Monster out for her maiden voyage this coming weekend.  Hope to see some of y'all on the road!
