Just walked past my bike this afternoon and saw a pretty decent sized puddle under the front tire.  Took a closer look and it looked to be coolant and leaking out from the right side of the radiators and puddling up under the front tire.

I'm guessing that it's a loose hose that's being affected by the deep freeze that we've been having this winter in the NYC area but the really deep cold's not going to hit till tomorrow...  the bike has been sitting for around for a couple of weeks this point so I cant think of much else that it could be.

I'm going to head down in a bit and tighten up the hose clamps but is there anything else you guys think it could be?  I'm about to head off for around a month to Asia tomorrow and I'd rather not have that back of mind thought that my bike is slowly dripping stuff out that whole time.

Thanks a lot for any suggestions and just in case you didnt see it in the title, this would be a 2010 Streetfighter S.

My 848 developed a radiator leak on the left side.  It is apparently a common issues with the early SBK's of that generation.  Not sure if the SF uses the same radiator or not?  Hopefuly that is not your issue.

If you can find a pressure tester with an adapter to fit your bike this will help you find the leak.  Clean the suspect areas well, pump pressure to that rated on the cap (about .9 Bar I think) and observe.  Otherwise, clean suspect areas well, start engine, observe while warming up, when up to operating temperature, shut engine off and observe.

Thanks for the suggestions guys... I'm in Asia till the end of the month now and I'm going to sit down and go through it all once I get back.  I tightened up the hose clamps before I left so let's hope that was it.
