Ducati monster 620 servo ignition

Hello from Greece,

I recently bought a 2002 620 dark ducati monster and i would like to ask if this model has a servo ignition feature.
I have downloaded a manual from the web that refers to this feature but it doesnt work at my bike   ...

What do mean by servo ignition? Can you describe it, and the problems, with other/more words?

I have read that the bike has an automatic starter ignition. You dont have to keep the start button pushed to start the engine, just push once and leave and the motorcycle cranks till it starts.

Ok, yes, my bike has that and I believe other bikes have it too.

Yours however, does not have it - according to the owner's manual - download from here http://www.ducati.com/services/maintenance/index.do

My manual describes the system - your manual does not.
