I have an email from Bill's sister. The service will be at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Delaplane, VA on Saturday, 7/12 at 2:00PM. His sister requested that donations be made to either the Church or to the Habitat for Humanity. From my perspective it should be the Habitat for Humanity, when Nora and I visited the accident scene right next door was a sign for a Habitat for Humanity project that was underway, to me that seems like an omen. I would like to suggest we go out to the service as a group, on our motorcycles. I would like to depart the Starbucks in Reston at South Lakes Shopping Center at 12 Noon.  Eric, the Club Vice President, will lead a group from the Rhodeside Grill in Arlington, departing there at 11AM to join up with us in Reston. I need a volunteer to organize a group from Maryland, please contact me, assume the departure would be from the Germantown Starbucks o/a 11 AM as well. I have help from the Victory Club regional rep, Kevin Davis, who will organize th!e Victory riders. The route will be an easy one for people to follow and we will go by the accident scene, so I thought we could stop briefly at the site and not do that on the Sunday ride
as I had planned. Eric and I will be collecting donations tonight at Rhodeside and again on Saturday, for those who cannot make to either meet-up but want to donate, please let me know of your intentions so that I can communicate that to the family, and send a check to my home address, Gene Hunt, 11164 Boathouse Ct, Reston, VA 20191. If this email is not clear or you have questions please do not hesitate to call me at 703-626-6830 or send me an email. I am a novice at this stuff so in addition to running our high beams it seems we should also try to wear some sort of armband, I've got a Ducati scarf, several red, red with black, Nora and I will be wearing those as armbands. If someone has other ideas let us hear your thoughts. I will be cleaning up the bike for this and I'm sure Bill would want me to ride one of the Monsters. Since the Red/white M900 cannot accommodate a passenger I will take the S2R, although the new exhaust is rather robust. I plan to wear riding gear like always, Bill would not want it any other
way, but I will be wearing a Ducati White/red shirt with button down collar underneath. Sorry for this lengthy email. RIP Bill â€" Gene Hunt

Yep, wear your gear - That's how Bill would have wanted it, and he'd have scolded you if you did any different
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

I am out of town for work. I will be thinking of Bill and everyone else that I ride with. Ride safe.
