Battery drained out to 0 during 2-3 month storage at 0-10 degrees C.

Just checked static load today.
It said ~0.07A. Is it fine?

 Huh?  Do you mean drain (parasitic draw)?  There is no Ducati spec for drain that I know of, but a typical car spec is 25-30 milliamps.

.02-.03, if your meter doesn't have a milliamp scale your reading is not accurate.  The test should also be done after the battery has been disconnected for a minute or so to assure all systems went to sleep.
