My oil cooler lines are looking sad and the fittings are rusty. [puke]
I have seen nice looking lines for Autos , can anyone tell me what I should be looking at
for replacement lines .
Size:
Fittings :
Line type and pressure rating:
Also when removing and fitting new ones are they just bolt up and the oil will flow
or are there issues with air in the lines , do they have to be primed with oil before securing .
Thanks in advance   [thumbsup]

Please double check, but I believe it's AN-6 fittings you need - the lines will have to match that dimension. Quite a bit of work (was for me anyway) to figure out all the parts.

I can't remember the sum of all the parts, but I think you should check the price for a Hypermotard kit (left side routing) for comparison.

AN -6 lines and fittings available at your local hot-rod shop.  You'll also need 4x M14x1.5 to AN -6 adapters to screw into the engine case and the cooler to receive the AN lines.  Some hot-rod shops will actually build the lines to your sketch for some extra $.  Pricing?  varies too much to even quote what I've seen...
