"If you could all just send me $20... oh wait you already did."

I still haven't emptied the thing but I am going to go out on a limb and say that ingredients were totally covered.
And the glasses.
And probably a respectable hourly rate for my brew time...

I mean there was a c-note in there, yo. Shocked
Someone drank a lot of beer or was feeling very generous. Probably one causing the other. Grin

More importantly, did everyone end up with a glass or two?

Swanny to say it mildly, they kicked ass.

We had the fish the first night and I don't think they made it past the first few hours after we got into Koyote Ranch.

David did the ribs up great.  Everybody was licking their fingers (Patrick excluded of course)

dude...i'm not a *huge* fan of ribs normally...but i was freaking devouring these things...my face was "slathered" in sauce.  same with the fish, dude...and i don't like stuff from the water... but it was so freaking tasty.

hmm..that's funny, because i could have sworn i saw patrick licking people's fingers, but maybe that was for other reasons...  and yeah, props to David and RichD for some skills on the grills!   waytogo

Hellz ya, the ribs and fish rocked! all we did to the fish was dip it in lime juice b4 frying and it was sooooo tasty!

and MurDuc, man - needless to say thank thank you for the new prized possession beer glass. complete awesomeness. I actually didn't eat most of the weekend to save room for all the Shakespeare Stout (I prolly drank half of it). If you ever wanna start a brewpub, hit me up for an investment!

Believe me, it's a reoccurring thought. I was seriously trying to work some mojo at The Dodging Duck while waiting for you guys. Trying to get in on some brew days. I have Thu-Fri-Sat off currently, and would really like to put some time in on a "nano" brewery setup like his. Maybe get some first hand looks at costs/profits and such as well.
I've even had all the paperwork for getting a brewpub licensed in Texas for about 2 years now. Idly reading through it now and then.

@chipo - Dude, what are you worried about. You came back for me.  [moto]
