Legal Release for the "Via Ferrata"

One of the best legal releases I've ever read was for the Via Ferrata at the Nelson Rocks Preserve in West Virginia. It's a slightly shorter version of the one they have online:

Yeah, I know it doesn't protect them any better than one of the more sedate releases, but I bet it was a whole lot more fun to write. And unlike those, it probably gets read by the majority of people who sign it.

The place is fun, too; not really rock climbing, but the set cables & foot/hand rungs of the Via Ferrata let you get into some good, exposed places without the gear, experience, or (for those who've got both) hassle of trad climbing. Enough to make my buddy Lucas shriek like a child:
