I've just finished a full nut and bolt restoration of my 1993 Monster (photo below)  I'm interested to know who has the oldest surviving Monster? & how many 93's are still out there? Mine is number 1413 off the production line (built June 1993).  |

Thank you for all the kind comments, I have put a lot of time, effort and way too much money into it. It's a beautiful bike to ride feels like new (I'm still running in the rebuilt motor).

Restoration is incomplete due to the missing FORK reflectors. Not required in Australia  But you are correct it is still incomplete - it has my spare engine in it at the moment (it's a 97 900 SS engine) the original engine has been rebuilt, reassembled and sat on my workbench while I work out if I should just paint it or pulling it a part again to get it vapour blasted. Poor planning on my part, I thought I'd be able to get it blasted once reassembled but no one is willing to do it as it may damaged the engine if any seals leak!  |
