Check engine light is on after 15k service

I finished my valve adjustment and belts today and fired it up for the first time.  Runs fine, oil pressure is good charging system is charging, everything is hooked up but check engine light is on.  Only sensor I disconnected was sensor down by clutch cover.  I disconnected the flapper valve from the cable but I connected it back up before I fired it up for the first time.  Maybe something to do with the exhaust flapper valve?

Bike starts and runs great otherwise.

Nevermind, I figured it out.  Exhaust flapper valve cable was not fully seated in the housing at the exhaust.
