Does anyone know where I can get a hold of a service manual for a 2006 Ducati S4R? I've already inquired at a dealership.

The manual on the Ducati site is an owner's manual, not a service manual.  The dealer can order you one (digital, not print).  If your dealer won't, find one that will.

 Um.... that IS the actual copy of it. There is no hard copy.
