Belt tension ?

Doing my first belt change. The vid says th set the tension the following way. You want a 5mm hex to be able to slide by the tensioner wheel and a 6mm not to.

Is that acceptable?

Why would it be different for a 1000 motor?  I thought all the 2 valve motors were the same.

OK figured out what to do on this model. Anyone have recommended software? Going to pick up a mic tomorrow.

Tell the belt to take ten deep breaths.  It will help it to relax a bit.   [thumbsup]
