If they give me the option of blocking, that has no bearing on the seller.

The seller isn't paying for views, they are paying for the listing.  Google Ads charges for views and clicks.  Ebay charges for the listing.

In other words, if you post crap and people ignore it, then that's your business.

Thanks for that.

But even with that video, If you weren't somewhat familiar with some or all of the previous 10 seasons of Happy Days, the video of Fonzie Jumping the shark has little to no meaning if viewed by it's self.
