what they should do is use positive pressure ventilation and humidifiers in the stairwell....my throat is still raw from the dry air.

Yup, 13 minutes 53 seconds....over a minute slower than last time :P

just under 600 vertical feet. with about 80 Lbs. of VERY warm gear on

The competition was insane. The fastest time was a firefighter from Portland, who finished in 6:53!!!!!!  :o :o :o :o :o Half my time....
