I'm looking for some stainless steel header wrap ties but not the smooth looking ones (they suck major a$$).  I'm looking for the ones that have the slotted band.  Anyone know where I can score these.

TIA - Gil

did you mean the belt clamps with a worm gear to tighten it?  You can get those at Lowes or whatever hardware...

Gil,

Funny that you're here! (not really)
I just bought the swing arm from you... and thanks BTW! I'm new to the forum and I'm having a great time seeing and learning. Good luck with your search.

Actually this is the best thing.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Safety_wire

Get pliers and stainless wire at any motocross and most motorcycle supply stores.

It looks cleaner and also puts a pair of safety wire pliers and wires in your garage.  that stuff is the duct tape of the racing world!
