I don't think he sucks.  We just dislike him, a lot. 

We all have our quirks and his are extremely annoying.  His sensitivity to changes and/or unfavorable conditions drives everyone crazy.  Everything must be perfect on game day. 

I can't wait to see the drama in the Honda garage.
