Well.... I'm sorry to do it but after having the week from hell in Austin, I'm just getting back home and looking at the mountain of shit that's gotta get done between now and Sunday for our Race Watch party...

I'm totally outta juice so our GP party on Sunday just ain't happenin'.

I'm seriously gonna try and make it to Cory's party over at CDC's tomorrow though.

I'm thinking it'd be nice to have a race watch over at our house on the 20th (Sunday).  We'll have the MotoGP race on the big-screen TV and some BBQ goin' on the grill.

We'll take care of the food - y'all bring whatever it is you want to drink  ;D

We're in Flower Mound (a few miles west of Lewisville, northwest of Lake Grapevine).  Easy access from I35W and FM 2499.

Come on over  [thumbsup]

Wow, sounds cool   [thumbsup]

What time does this party start???  ;D

Very nice offer!! I'll have to see if I can make it. I have invited a good friend over to hang out and watch the race. He's not one of this group and is going through some tough money issues. He's kinda bummed. Thought it would be good to see him and watch the race at the same time. Have not heard back from him yet. If he's a no show then I will need to check the kitchen points total because I will have burned a lot doing the Cory party at cdc's house on Saturday. I'll keep an eye on it. [thumbsup]

MotoGP race starts at 4pm.  There's all kinds of racing that day (ALMS from Mid Ohio at 11am, F1 at noon, WSBK from noon to 2pm - choices, choices - then MotoGP at 4  :D ) so I think if you guys want to show up around 3 or so we can sit around for a bit and graze [bacon] , watch the Laguna race, then have some big BBQ afterwards.

I'm thinking I'll just head your way straight from Cory's on Saturday [thumbsup]

Maybe it's a sleep-over at CDC's...

I may at least have to take a nap in the middle of CDC living room floor...
you know... just so I can compare it to LYD's floor (which was very nice and cushy BTW!   [thumbsup] ).

DFW-MFer!

I did have nine people sleep over at the house one time but I can't post the pictures.   ;D

Super nice of you and Alan to put this on! You guys are going to be there right? ;D Sam's been warned of the invading force I hope. No reason to scare him like the last BBQ party. [laugh] I think B8's "meat mustache" kinda scared everyone! Seriously, great of ya'll to offer up Casa Boyd for the mob. My friend chimed in so we'll probably just chill here at house and maybe grab some dinner afterwards with the wifely units. Ya'll have fun... as if you need to be told.

Lisa, thanks for having this watch party!  I can't wait, Laguna is a fun circuit to watch.
