Apart from the obvious radiator mounts what else would I need to do to a 2000 M600 frame to fit a 916 engine into it?

Cheers in advance  [thumbsup]

Convert it to a 4v frame. The internal cross bar by the throttle bodies is different, and I think interferes with them. I haven't looked closely at a carby frame, so I don't know how it compares.

SBK cases do not have swingarm pivot bearings in them, while Monsters, SS, and ST do.
So you'd need to address that.

916 heads are full height, not the dropped exhaust cam style as fitted on S4 and S4R, so front wheel clearance is a bit iffy.

An S4 or S4R airbox may fit the engine, but would need to have mounts fabricated to support it.

You'll need to find somewhere to mount the giant 916 ECU.

I know that a st4 motor, 916cc 4v, has the same case as the monster and besides the tb crossbar issues would be an easier swap, and I happen to know where to get one. Pm me
