I am looking for replacement rear shock and front forks for S2R 1000. Does Ohlins still make direct bolt in replacements for out bike? If so, Where can I get them?

Thanks

He Man

for the shock, id skip the ohlins for Penske double clickers

for forks, youd be hard pressed to find ohlins for your bikes that didn't come off an S4Rs. otherwise, I would look into SBK or GSXR fork swaps.

there are a ton of things better for ohlins. Depending on your sensitivity and riding skill, even a racetech revalve can do wonders.

MonsterHPD

The Öhlins forks from a Monster 1100S (model year 2009-2010, I think) will also drop right in.
Monster 900-2002 (sold, alive and well in the UK), 749R / 1100 HYM combo for track days, wifes / my Monster Dark 800-2003 (not entirely "Dark" anymore and a personal favourite) , 50% of 900SSie -2000 track bike for rainy days-now with tuned ST2 motor and Microtec ECU. Also parked due to having been T-boned on track.

Do you have to remove the crankcase breather box or is that optional?

I will contact GP suspension and have them set me up with Penske double clickers. I already have my breather box removed.
