I put some T-Rex Frame Sliders on my Monster 620 and i remember it being pretty easy. I now want to take them off but want to make sure I'm doing it properly. Anyone have the install guide? I've been searching this and other forums but cant find anything.

And support the engine from under neath before you start tapping it through.

Im pretty sure when I put the T-Rex Frame sliders in I had the rear of the bike suspended from above with ratchet straps hooked to the passenger grab rails on the frame then I set a cinder block underneath & set it down just enough for the weight of the engine to be supported by the cinder block. is that overkill? Will paddock stands front & back & a jack for the engine be sufficient?

Rear stand, jack under engine with a piece of wood to lift/lower the millimiters . . .

Don't forget to grease the bolt, nuts and threads . . . also the contact patch with frame

with the jack you will lift the engine just enough for frame bolt to come out/in  . . .

the part or the nut/washer that makes contact with the frame . . .
